Huntsman Polyurethanes to Host Webinar Addressing Proper Design of HVAC Systems for Homes Insulated with Spray Foam
The Woodlands, Texas – Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that it will host a free webinar reviewing essential heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) practices required to optimize energy performance and comfort in airtight, energy efficient homes insulated with spray polyurethane foam (SPF).
The webinar will take place on Monday, September 12, 2011 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. EST. Steve Easley, a leading construction expert, will highlight the role SPF insulation plays in significantly reducing a home’s energy use.Doug Garrett, CEM and an ACCA-certified instructor, will discuss HVAC considerations to ensure that the air tightness created by SPF provides an ongoing return for the homeowner in terms of comfort, energy cost savings, indoor air quality and safety. Specifically, the webinar will address:
